The differences between the Taurus online courses relate primarily to the types of exercises required and the availability of basic equipment needed to complete the exercise task.  Each course has variations in difficulty levels within each of the four levels. For example, a Pro would be able to handle a handstand push-up, whereas a beginner would initially be best suited to an incline push-up. For the Intermediate, an underhand pull-up variation would be far more achievable than a more advanced level alternate grip pull up with weights at the beginning of the program. It is important to start at the correct level, as the level you start at will largely determine your success.
