The Taurus Trainer Strong Core course will help you increase core strength, develop a six pack, improve cardiovascular endurance for walking activities, give you stronger legs and improve your general flexibility for everyday activities.

The Taurus Trainer Strong Core course will help you increase core strength, develop a six pack, improve cardiovascular endurance for walking activities, improve lower limb strength and improve your general mobility for everyday activities.

Each week is broken down into training days (units) that involve a variety of exercise stimulus to the body. Taurus Trainer uses methods that balance out periods of endurance with high intensity and a focus on movement mastery.

The program is purpose designed to increase in intensity with resistance programs and walking programs to progressively overload the body, in order to achieve your goals. Week by week, you will see the effects that the different training methods have on your body.

Learning Modules

The Strong Core course has set of nine Learning Modules (Total duration = 56:32 min). These can be followed each week or you can binge watch the entire set of nine.

Each module caters for multiple learning styles and covers key topics for the course that as your Health Coach, I want you to know about and take on board with your training, diet and mindset.
